What we collect

• Your manuscript and metadata — stored on our servers only to generate your package. Abandoned drafts and their uploads are deleted after 72 hours.
• Your email — for order delivery, download links, and sign-in links. No marketing without your consent.
• Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.

AI processing

To generate your package, portions of your manuscript (metadata, opening pages, chapter titles) are sent to AI providers (Anthropic, Google) under their API terms, which do not permit training on this data. Your full manuscript is never used to train AI models.

What we never do

• Sell your data or your manuscript. To anyone. Ever.
• Claim any rights over your work.
• Share your files except with the processors above.

Retention & deletion

Completed order files are kept so you can re-download them. Email hello@publish.ai to have your account, orders, and files permanently deleted.

Only functional cookies: your session and draft-access tokens. No ad trackers, no analytics cookies at this time.
